Tech & Innovation wanted to take a moment to call out some of our amazing partners.

Tech & Innovation wanted to take a moment to call out some of our partners for the amazing ways they have stepped up with us this semester. These are just a few of the amazing people we get to collaborate with on a daily basis

  • Mayra Gomez from the Testing Office: Mayra has stepped in to help InTech with the flood of Examity requests and challenges during our remote teaching adventures. We never would have been able to have such a smooth Fall semester without her tireless work helping onboard, train, and troubleshoot issues.

  • AcadTech from UITS: The peanut butter to our jelly, the turkey to our cranberry sauce. There isn’t much we do here at Tech & Innovation that doesn’t start or end with some kind of frantic call to Adam Brokamp and his team. Thank you for always answering the phone and coming with a smile, even when you know it is us for the 30th time that day.

  • D2L Team from OIA:  If AcadTech is the peanut butter, you are the bread. If they are the turkey, you are the stuffing.  We couldn’t do what we do all day with technologies that may or may not play nice with D2L without the help, patience, and laughter you all bring to us. Thank you for always being willing to play tech support, listener, and tester. We couldn’t do this without you.

  • Jen Nichols from Catalyst Lab: When something new and cool is happening in the tech and learning spaces, you know you can always find Jen somewhere in that crowd. When Jen finds something new and exciting, Tech & Innovation loves being her first call.  She opened her space to Adobe crowds, InTech followers, and inventive faculty looking for a little help.  Thank you, Jen, for bringing us so much inspiration and so many opportunities.

  • Cheryl Cuillier from the Library: Cheryl has helped immensely in the partnership with Digital Learning and the Library to partner on the Pressbooks pilot. Her tireless efforts to support faculty, new technology, and open educational resources has helped to bring so many new ways of sharing knowledge on campus through Pressbooks!

  • Victoria Ogino, Ash Black and the whole TechCore Team: Eller’s TechCore has been an incredible partner over the years and their commitment to providing students across the University with the opportunities to learn and experience new and emerging technologies, with programs like the LevelUp series has been awe inspiring. We can’t thank you enough for inviting us in, giving us an amazing platform, and helping us reach even more students.

  • Deb Andrysiak & Tyson Korhonen from UITS: Thank you for helping us to connect with the larger IT community at UITS. We could not have done this without you both! Your willingness to incorporate us into the IT department’s greater Adobe focused strategies has been invaluable and we are so excited to keep working with you to make the Adobe support structure at the University of Arizona even more amazing than it already is.
